HYPERDESMO®-HAA

HYPERDESMO®-HAA is an advanced single-component polyurethane liquid membrane, integrating the effective properties of HYPERDESMO and ACCELERATOR-3000A. This innovative formulation has been meticulously developed through comprehensive research and development, and ongoing enhancements to our chemical processing facilities. The result is a product that enables efficient curing and the formation of a thick, bubble-free membrane layer.

Upon exposure to humidity, HYPERDESMO®-HAA utilizes a unique blocked mechanism to release the ACCELERATOR-3000A, thereby accelerating the curing process in a manner akin to its standalone counterpart. The rapid curing capability ensures the formation of a defect-free membrane with superior mechanical and elastomeric attributes.

This product is particularly suitable for application during winter months or in environments with low humidity. Additionally, HYPERDESMO®-HAA allows for the minimum consumption to be achieved in a single coat, significantly reducing labor costs. It also addresses previous limitations associated with the combination of HYPERDESMO® and ACCELERATOR, such as reduced working time and challenges related to multilayer coat adhesion failures.
