Neutral Concentrate with sand is a 100% acrylic emulsion coating formulated for tennis courts and other sport and recreational pavement surfaces. Neutral Concentrate with sand is designed to be mixed with SportMaster ColorPlus pigment dispersion to achieve desired color.
