Premera T2 MCM

The Premera T2 MCM is an advanced, single-component, spray-applied sol-gel clear coating engineered to provide robust protection for a variety of surfaces, including concrete, terrazzo, tile, and existing coatings. This product establishes a high-strength barrier composed of quartz minerals that chemically bond with substrates, eliminating the need for surface profiling such as grinding or sanding prior to application.

Premera T2 MCM features a self-leveling formulation, allowing applicators to efficiently apply the coating without the necessity of backrolling. Its exceptional resistance to harsh chemicals, abrasion, and environmental factors ensures durability against mold, mildew, moss, chlorides, salt spray, acid rain, UV damage, oxidation, as well as damage from animal and bird waste, gum, and graffiti.

For porous substrates, such as newly installed or ground concrete, we recommend the application of Premera Quick Seal to achieve optimal coverage of 2-3 times that of T2 MCM.
